PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Eligibility to participate in programs:

To participate in volunteer programs conducted by volunteering India one should-

Be 18 years or above; Have no major health problems;

Programme Location:

VYK offers this programme in Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Mahrashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The locations of the program would vary from project to project depending on the availability.

Programme Duration

Minimum 3 weeks .

(Location - Delhi)

Programme Contents:

• Arrival pick-up from Delhi Airport

• Welcome dinner

• Orientation about Indian Culture ( One day)

• ( Transfer to project site, if required)

• Language Learning (Basics) (Two hours per day for one week, Morning 8-10 am )

• Field Work at VYK’s community centre Field Work at VYK’s community centre &
