To make the people and NGOs aware of the programmes and schemes of the different ministries of the government of India and to sensitize them to utilise it in a better manner the Vishwa Yuvak Kendra is organising a two day programme on “Utilisation of Government Schemes” from 07 – 08 November, 2011.
The schemes and programmes of the following ministries will be discussed: — Ministry of Women and Child Development
— Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports
— Ministry of Tribal Affairs
— Ministry of Rural Development
— Ministry of Panchayati Raj
— Ministry of Human Resource Development
— Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
— Ministry of Food Processing Industries
— Ministry of Agriculture and some other ministries
In this context we request you to depute representatives from your organisation to participate in the programme. You may also kindly note the following: :
The participants would be provided free food at Vishwa Yuvak Kendra. They will also be provided accommodation at our dormitories (separate for boys and girls) from 06 November afternoon to 08 November 2011 afternoon.
Each confirmed participant would be required to pay Rs.1000.00 (Rs. One Thousand only) towards registration fee by Demand Draft in favour of Vishwa Yuvak Kendra.
The programme would commence with registration at 10.00 am on 07 November, 2011.
Please ensure that the participants’ educational qualification is minimum graduation with preferably 2 years experience in the NGO sector.
Travel expenditure will be borne by the participants.
The participants have to make an extra payment as per Kendra rules for food and accommodation availed before 06 November afternoon and after 08 November, 2011 afternoon.

The participants are requested to report the reception of Vishwa Yuvak Kendra by 06 November, 2011 afternoon positively.
