| Abstract: :: This study is exclusively based on primary data of children of employed and unemployed mothers and talk about the impact of maternal employment on home environment and academic achievement of their adolescent children. The analysis come to the conclusion that maternal employment has positive impact on both home environment and academic achievement as performance of children of employed mothers is much better than the children of unemployed mothers. | |
