| Abstract: :: Globalization is a vast process taking place at a global level. The world is moving steadily towards globalization and it seems nothing will be able to stop this march. The present study is an effort to find out how globalization influences or affects the life style of youth, and also point out the consequences of globalization on youth. Globalization as a relatively recent phenomenon embedded a process, which sustain the exchange and flow of goods, People information, knowledge and images, which give rise to communication process which gain sane autonomy on a global level. We are in the way to the formation of global society and every society is changing so fast that globalization seems to be only alternative for the world. The revolution of information technology and ever – increasing role of mass media have strengthened the ideology of globalization, the world has now become a “small village ”, where the less advanced communities can develop their capacities and that tends to be a two- way street process, which makes it possible for each community to take as well as to give. The present study also includes, bringing into the light the changes which occur in the ideas, values, perceptions, considerations, perspectives, thoughts and so on, among the youth due to the process of globalization. It has brought enormous gains in prosperity, also dominated and witnessed massive changes on overall appearance of youth. | |
