| Abstract: :: India today has one of the youngest populations in the world and this presents to us a plethora of opportunities. This paper explores the advantages that India has because of its youth, the challenges that India faces and the pitfalls that India should be careful about. Also the paper suggests various initiatives that need to be taken at the societal level and the individual level to overcome these challenges and help India become the next superpower and capitalise on the advantage that its demography provides. | |
