| Abstract: :: Indian Education has lot suffered due to ‘License Raj’ - the policies have become self-structuring only to make the degrees and system more important. The aspirations of the students are not taken into account. In the days of facilitating, the system is still busy in preaching and teaching. Skill development suffers for the sake of traditionalism.
